Anwendung: Laccase C ist ein enzymgemisch zur Polymerisation und Entfernung von phenolischen Substanzen. Polyphenoloxidase oxidiert ortho- und para- Diphenole zu den entsprechenden Chinonen und Phenoxyradikalen, welche spontan polymerisieren und aus der Lösung ausgefällt werden.
