Anwendung: Penicillin-acylase ist ein Enzym, welches die Spaltung von Penicillin G in 6-Aminopenicillansäure (6-APA) und Phe-nylessigsäure katalysiert. Synthese von unnatürlichem Penicillin durch Kopplung von 6-Aminopenicillansäure mit einer ausgewählten Seitenkette (z. B. Methicil-lin, Ampicillin, Pheneticillin)
