Anwendung: Cutinase Fs und Cutinase 2p werden zur Hydrolyse von Cutin und anderen Estern verwendet. Cutin (Polyester aus Hydroxy- und Hydroxy-Epoxyfettsäure) wird in die entsprechenden Monomere gespalten.
