Application: Xylanase 2x is an enzyme preparation of different activities of carbohydrases/ glycoside hydrolases like mannanase, xylanase and ß-glucanase for the degradation of hemicelluloses in technical fermentations. The enzyme hydrolyse the substrates into oligosaccharides and some mono-, di- and trisaccharides. Reduction of viscosity in fermentation processes.
